Shipping

Shipping:

For metro manila orders, we ship thru AP Cargo. You can get your orders in 2-5 days.

For provincial addresses, we ship thru AP Cargo/LBC. You can get your orders in 5-10 days.

Should you wish to get your orders immediately (i.e. once the items are ready for shipment), please choose “pick up via courier”. We have pick up points in Alabang (Ayala Alabang Village) and Makati (along Mckinley Road). For this option, client needs to book their own courier.

Return, exchange and alteration policy:

Due to safety reasons, and because all our items are for pre-order, returns and exchanges are NOT allowed. If, for example, the items are too small or too big, we can alter the items for a fee.
