How do you ship?

For metro manila orders, we ship thru AP Cargo/ Entrego  You can get your orders in 2-3 days. 

For provincial addresses, we ship thru AP Cargo/Entrego/ LBC. You can get your orders in 5-7 days. 

Should you wish to get your orders immediately (i.e. once the items are ready for shipment), please choose “pick up via courier” . We have pick up points in Alabang (Ayala Alabang Village) and Makati (scheduled pick ups along Mckinley Road). For this option, client needs to book their own courier. 

How do I track my package?

For orders shipped via AP Cargo/ Entrego/LBC, someone from our team will send you the waybill. You may use the waybill number to track your package on the logistics provider’s website. 

Can I customize items?

In as much as we would like you to make each item your own, we are also limited by time and resources. Please see our customization policy below:  

For N Uniforms

FREE customization pertains to : 

Shortening of sleeve length, pant length 

Adding key hole

Customizations with ADDITIONAL FEES:  

Lengthening/widening of pants/ tops – price depends on how much longer and wider 

Additional zipper- P50

Full front opening – P100

What is your pre-order lead time?

For N uniforms: 

We have a 14 day lead-time. More often than not, we deliver the items before this.

There may be some , unforeseen circumstances though where we are not able to meet the deadline. Rest assured , we will try to let you know as soon as possible if there will be a delay.  

For N Lounge and N casual : 

We have a 10 working day lead time from the last day of pre-order. If pre-order dates are from Jan 1- Jan 9, release of items will be on Jan 21. 

There may be some , unforeseen circumstances though where we are not able to meet the deadline. Rest assured , we will try to let you know as soon as possible if there will be a delay. 

Do you accommodate RUSH orders?

If you absolutely need your uniforms ASAP, please send us an email at naynay.manila@gmail.com together with your order number. We will check first with our production team if we can accommodate your request. If we can, there’s an additional rush fee of P500 (for the entire order)

What is your return, exchange and alteration policy?

Due to safety reasons, and because all our items are for pre-order, returns and exchanges are NOT allowed. 

If , for example, the items are too small or too big, we can alter the items for a fee of P100 per set.

Do you have a studio where we can try on your items?

All our operations are currently online. If you are unsure of fit, you may send us an email at naynay.manila@gmail.com or a direct message on our IG handle @naynay.manila and we can suggest the size that best suits you. 

Should you wish to try on uniforms, please send us an email at naynay.manila@gmail.com or a direct message on our IG handle @naynay.manila. We will check for style and size availability. If they are available, you may pick up samples from our Alabang/Makati (scheduled) pick up points.
